Traene Red Sox Tickets Giveaway — Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor
This giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Traene Fitness & Pickleball, LLC, 831 Central Avenue, Dover NH, 03801. This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, or Instagram, or with the Boston Red Sox, Fenway Sports Group, or Major League Baseball.
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, their immediate family members, and persons living in the same household are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Entry Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM ET on September 10, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on September 19, 2026. Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
To enter, complete and submit the contact form at traenefitness.com during the Entry Period, including a valid name and email address. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address. Duplicate, incomplete, automated, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive two (2) tickets to the Boston Red Sox home game on September 26, 2026 at Fenway Park. Seat location and ticket delivery method will be determined by Sponsor. Approximate retail value (ARV): $600. The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. If the game is postponed, rescheduled, or canceled, the tickets will be subject to the ticket issuer's and Major League Baseball's applicable policies, and Sponsor is not responsible for providing substitute tickets or compensation. Transportation, parking, food, merchandise, and any other costs or expenses not expressly included in the prize description are the winner's sole responsibility. Winner is responsible for any applicable taxes.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about September 20, 2026, and announced on or about September 21, 2026. The winner will be notified by email at the address provided on the entry form. Due to the date of the game, the winner must respond within 48 hours of notification. If the winner does not respond within that time, or if the notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's consent for Sponsor to use the winner's first name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
8. Privacy
Information submitted with an entry will be used in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at traenefitness.com/privacy-policy. By entering, you agree to receive email communications from Sponsor, including news about Traene's opening and membership offers. You may unsubscribe at any time.
9. General Conditions
By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules, and to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs its integrity, in which case Sponsor may select the winner from eligible entries received prior to the action taken.
10. Limitation of Liability
By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its owners, employees, and agents from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of the prize.
11. Governing Law
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. Winner List
To request the name of the winner, send an email to info@traenefitness.com with the subject line "Traene Giveaway Winner" within 60 days of the drawing date.
