What are the hours of this facility?
We are open 24/7!
Do you offer Day Passes?
Yes, if you live within a 10-mile radius, you get one free day pass. It is $20/person after your first trial or if you live outside of 10 miles. Day passes do not include pickleball.
What recovery amenities are included?
Recovery amenities included in membership: saunas, cold plunges, red light therapy, massage chairs, and hyperice accessories.
Do I need to reserve recovery amenities?
The short answer is, no, you do not NEED to. Specific items like tanning, red light therapy, and massage chairs require you to check in at the front desk but are used on a first come first serve basis. If you would like to reserve a specific time for one of these amenities, please see the front desk for assistance.
How do I sign up for red light therapy, tanning beds, or massage chairs?
Sign-ups for these amenities will be handled at the front desk with a scan of your sign-in barcode. A staff member can help you sign up for the specific modality and show you how it works if needed.
Is there a towel service?
Yes, for an extra $5/month, you can have access to our towel service.
Military discounts/student discounts?
Yes! You never have to pay our enrollment fee and your first month is free.
What is the minimum age to join Traene?
Membership eligibility at Traene is based on age and New Hampshire state requirements:
- Ages 13–14:
Must have a parent or legal guardian sign the membership agreement and be accompanied by that guardian while using the facility. - Ages 15–17:
May use the facility independently with a parent's or legal guardian’s signed membership agreement on file. - Ages 18 and older:
May sign their own membership agreement and access the facility independently.
Is there a membership contract/commitment?
During our presale, there is not… but be sure to get in before we open because now is the best pricing you will ever get!
What is the cancellation policy?
If you join during our presale, you can cancel anytime, with no fees. Once we open, you can choose between two options: pay a one-time enrollment fee with no commitment, or sign a 12-month agreement and skip the enrollment fee.

Pickleball Questions
How many pickleball courts does Traene have?
10 premier indoor courts! We offer a state-of-the-art 35% shock absorption that maintains perfect ball consistency and speed. This shock-absorption court allows for premium play and less joint and muscle wear, leading to healthier, improved, and longer fun.
How do I sign up for a court reservation?
You can sign up for court or class reservations on the Traene app by clicking on the reservations tab. If you need assistance, please ask the front desk for help.
Do you offer leagues & tournaments?
Yes, we offer multiple leagues and tournaments for all skill levels.
Do you offer pickleball coaching?
Yes, we do!
How long can I reserve a pickleball court for?
Courts can be reserved for 1.5 or 2 hour sessions.
Can I bring a guest with me to play pickleball?
Yes, you are able to bring a guest with you for a guest fee of $20 per pickleball. A single guest is only eligible to be a guest of a member 2 times per month.
Is there a cancellation or no-show fee for pickleball court reservations?
Yes, if a reservation is not canceled within 24 hours of the time of play, a cancellation/no-show fee will be applied to the booking member’s account. The amount will depend on the time you chose to play.
Why are our courts the best?
Our courts provide 35% shock absorption with the best ball consistency. Meaning longer hours of play with less joint, tendon, and muscle pain!
