Traene Last updated: September 20, 2026

Ryder Fitness LLC, doing business as Traene ("Traene," "we," "us"), operates the website at traenefitness.com and the Traene fitness facility at 831 Central Ave, Dover, NH 03820. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. By using our website or facility, you agree to this Policy.

1. Information You Provide to Us

  • Pre-opening and marketing signups: name and email address, and mobile number if you opt in to texts.
  • Membership and account information: name, email, phone number, mailing address, date of birth, emergency contact, and login credentials if you create an online account.
  • Payment information: collected and processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our own systems.
  • Minors: if a parent or guardian enrolls a member under 18, we collect the minor's name and date of birth along with the guardian's contact and payment information.
  • Bookings and purchases: court reservations, class registrations, guest registrations, and purchase history.
  • Communications: messages you send us by email, text, social media, or through our website.

2. Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our website, our service providers and we automatically collect certain information using cookies, pixels, and similar technologies, including IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring pages, and interactions with our site and ads.

Advertising pixels. We use the Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) and may use similar tools from other ad platforms. These tools collect information about your visit to our website and allow us to measure ad performance and show you relevant ads on those platforms. Meta may associate this data with your Meta account under its own privacy policy.

Facility systems. Our facility may use video surveillance for safety and security, and access-control systems (such as key fobs or check-in scans) that record entry times.

3. How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

  • Provide memberships, bookings, and facility access, and manage your account
  • Process payments and recurring billing
  • Send transactional messages (receipts, booking confirmations, account and safety notices)
  • Send marketing emails and, if you opt in, marketing texts
  • Advertise our services, including measuring ad performance and building advertising audiences (see Section 5)
  • Operate, secure, and improve our website and facility
  • Respond to inquiries and provide customer support
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service and facility rules
  • Run contests, referral programs, member surveys, and similar engagements

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share personal information with:

  • Service providers that operate on our behalf, such as our membership-management/booking platforms, payment processor, email and SMS providers, website host, and analytics providers, under agreements limiting their use of your information
  • Advertising platforms such as Meta, as described in Section 5
  • Professional advisors (lawyers, accountants, insurers) as needed
  • Authorities or other parties when required by law, to protect the safety of members, staff, or the public, or in connection with a legal claim
  • A successor business if Traene is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this Policy will continue to apply to previously collected information

Note: certain state privacy laws treat sharing data with ad platforms for cross-context targeted advertising as a "sale" or "sharing" even when no money changes hands. Section 9 describes your opt-out rights where those laws apply.

5. Advertising and Custom Audiences

We advertise on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Klaviyo, and others. To do this, we may:

  • Use the Meta Pixel to measure which ads lead to signups and visits
  • Upload hashed contact information (such as email addresses) to ad platforms to reach our subscribers or exclude existing members from ads, and to create "lookalike" audiences of similar people

You can control ad personalization through your settings on those platforms (for Meta: Settings → Accounts Center → Ad preferences) and through the opt-out tools in Section 6.

6. Cookies and Your Tracking Choices

You can limit tracking by:

  • Adjusting your browser settings to block or delete cookies
  • Using the opt-out tools at aboutads.info/choices and networkadvertising.org
  • Enabling Global Privacy Control (GPC) in a supported browser, which we honor where required by law

Blocking cookies may affect website functionality, such as staying logged in to a member account.

7. Email and Text Choices

  • Email: unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email. We may still send transactional emails about your membership or bookings.
  • Text messages: if you opted in, reply STOP to cancel at any time or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies. Consent to texts is not a condition of purchase.
  • Contact preferences: you can also update your preferences by contacting us at info@traenefitness.com.

8. Data Retention and Security

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide services, comply with legal, tax, and insurance obligations (including retaining signed waivers for applicable limitations periods), resolve disputes, and enforce agreements, after which we may delete or de-identify it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your State Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under state privacy law, which can include the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising or the "sale"/"sharing" of personal information.

To exercise any rights available to you, or to ask questions about your data, contact us at info@traenefitness.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

10. Children's Privacy

Our website and marketing are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. Information about members under 18 is collected from and managed by a parent or legal guardian as described in Section 1. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information online, contact us at info@traenefitness.com, and we will delete it.

11. Third-Party Links

Our website and communications may link to third-party sites and services (for example, social media pages or our booking platforms). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, which we encourage you to review. We can provide a list of third-party sites and services upon your request if needed. Please email info@traenefitness.com for this information.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced by email or a notice on our website. Continued use of our website or facility after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
